BIOGRAPHY
Kaushal Doda is an Indian entrepreneur from Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is the founder and Managing Director of K4 Ideas & Infra Private Limited, an infrastructure company that manages close to 200+ Cr road construction and other infrastructure projects in Rajasthan. He also co-founded GetafixM Private Limited in April 2022 to venture into marketing consulting, digital marketing and outdoor media.
Kaushal Doda was born into a well-known business family in Shri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. His father, Mr. Sagan Lal Doda, is a native of the country of royalty. He is a graduate of (MBA FROM ARAVALI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT).

Kaushal had been a banker for over 15 years, before he finally decided to hang his boots as an employee and venture into his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He started Sphiro Infratech in 2017 and turned the company into a 150 Cr. revenue organization in less than 4 years.
His experience in the banking sector and passion to grow in the infrastructure industry paved the path for his growth. It’s a commendable achievement to grow to 150 Cr. revenue company from scratch within 4 years of inception. Kaushal has led the company to bag and implement infrastructure projects in record speed and low cost without compromising on the quality. His ability to plan things in advance along with the calculative risk appetite is the key to his success.

Kaushal had worked as a banker for almost 15 years before deciding to leave his job and pursue his goal of being an entrepreneur. He founded Sphiro Infratech in 2017 and grew it to a 150 Cr enterprise in less than 4 years. His passion for expansion in the infrastructure business and his background in finance prepared the way for his success. Starting from nothing and expanding your business to 150 Cr. in sales in just 4 years is an impressive accomplishment. Kaushal has guided the business to secure and carry out infrastructure projects at a record-breaking cost and time without sacrificing quality. His strategic planning skills and calculated risk appetite are the secrets to his success.Under Kaushal's direction at Sphiro, all employees received a required 10% pay raise during the COVID-19 epidemic when people were losing their jobs as a result of a lockdown imposed by the government. Additionally, a month's worth of basic food supplies for the entire family of ground personnel was supplied. In honor of his cherished grandmother, he organized the All India Women's Tennis Tournament in November 2021 under the auspices of AITA to encourage and support women in tennis.
Kaushal gives sports equipment to various schools in order to develop potential and encourage sports culture among youngsters. He has also made several contributions to drinking water storage facilities in schools. Every month, Kaushal works with ambitious business owners from Rajasthan for 18 to 20 hours to help them put their entrepreneurial ideas into action. The assistance covers a wide variety of topics, including the revision of company plans, locating investment possibilities, enabling technology, outlining government funding programs, and offering financial support for their business ideas, among others. Over the last two years, Kaushal has mentored more than 15 people, assisting them in achieving financial independence.
Kaushal assists in providing the young with official training at Sphiro Infratech, which enables them to obtain respectable positions both inside and outside of Sphiro. Kaushal has been a strong advocate for both sports and education. He regards education and athletics as being equally crucial to young people's growth. He noted a lack of suitable furniture on one of his trips to a library in Jaipur, which was giving the students a lot of trouble. He fixed several damaged bookshelves and gave the library some brand-new furniture.
- In 2021, Kaushal started K4 Ideas & Infra Pvt. Ltd. and entered into marketing consultancy, digital, and outdoor media businesses.
- In 2022, he has ambitious expansion ambitions for K4; the business intends to construct and run cutting-edge advertising assets all throughout India.
Vision
Kaushal has a vision to create a robust health, education and sports infrastructure in the country. He plans to begin with small hospitals and schools, where his employees and their children may get access to good health facilities along with excellent grooming to the children through these schools.
Kaushal has a dream to see India as a well-known country in the sport of Polo. His vision for Polo in India is to see it becoming more popular than Cricket; Kaushal has already started taking steps towards achieving his dream by investing in horses, land, equipment, talent hunting etc. He already has a Polo team of his own.
